Due to our Gang Run printing Process, The Factory Depot does not gurantee exact cuts or colors on all print orders. We are not responsible for proof reading, fixing, or adjusting any files sent to us. It is strictly the client's responsibility to check bleeds, fonts, etc on all orders before they are submitted. All orders must be paid in full before we begin production. The Factory Depot is not responsible for any unauthorized images, pictures etc used by a client placing orders with our company. The client is held 100% liable for any misuse of images. WE are not liable for any packages that have been lost by UPS, Delta, USPS or any third party shipping companies used to ship your order.
